Incredible Stay at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay – Perfection Redefined! I’ve had the privilege of staying at some of the finest resorts worldwide, but Crimson Boracay has truly redefined what a luxury experience should be. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this resort operates on a standard of excellence that is unmatched. The staff at Crimson Boracay deserve all the accolades. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and genuine. They were not only attentive but also proactive, often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Their friendly approach made us feel completely at home while still maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. Even in paradise, hiccups can occur, but the way Crimson resolves them is something to marvel at. Every concern was addressed immediately and with a level of care that made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s not just about fixing the problem—it’s about going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, and they nailed it every time. Kelly, Sam, Jean, Ray and Henz were truly magnificent. This resort sets the bar for meticulous attention to detail. From the way the rooms were prepared to the thoughtful surprises left for us throughout our stay, everything reflected a commitment to excellence. They don’t just check boxes; they create unforgettable moments. Every corner of the property was pristine, every dish a masterpiece, and every experience curated to perfection. Crimson Boracay has perfected the balance between indulgent luxury and warm hospitality. The facilities are world-class, from the stunning infinity pool overlooking the turquoise waters to the private beach that felt like our own little slice of heaven. The culinary offerings were diverse and exquisite, each meal becoming a highlight of our day. Azure had international cuisine. The tandoori grill is a must try. Mosaic stood out for the unique salts and high quality steaks.

The reception from the airport, via the hotel’s private port and speedboat was phenomenal! After a stressful journey I could have cried to be met with refreshments, a comfortable lounge and kind service. Musicians greeted us at the hotel and a welcoming drink. Our room was upgraded to a suite, with welcome gifts. The bathroom and bedroom were beautiful. Contrary to the hotel description of an infinity pool, the hotel has 3 infinity pools. The hotel is literally on the perfectly manicured beach. There were activities - water and otherwise or as we did, you could just relax in the beautiful romantic double sun loungers and take in the breathtaking view whilst sipping cocktails and watching the sun set. The food was excellent - wonderful breakfast and Areis accommodated by inability to eat spicy food in the evening. Mark the barman remembered our names which gave it a personal touch and Kirk the driver was courteous and helpful in getting us back to speedboat on our exit. We almost had to be dragged kicking and screaming from paradise.

At the beach there is a nice coral reef on the left side which is great for snorkelling, you can also borrow kayak and paddle board for free. Always available beach chairs and towels. The food was excellent!! - at all restaurants, from the breakfast buffet, the beach club azure and especially the mosaic restaurant. I still dream of the grouper fish, the sushi, the tender meat and all the excellent compositions of flavours. Mexican taco for breakfast was also a favourite. The staff was professional and attentive all over the resort. The room was really nice, but I wish they had separate shampoo and conditioner instead of a combination variant. Safe, bathrobes, free coffee and water. A nice touch with a free hat and beach bag at every room. Free shuttle bus to d’mall. Good wifi all over the hotel, including the beach.

The private beach was perfect, always sun beds available, food and drinks available from the restaurant brought out to you right on the beach. The pool was large overlooking the beach. The boat transfer service was very good. The breakfast was very good loads to choose from. The staff were fantastic, Angeline at breakfast was especially helpful to us and our baby. The food director and duty manager were also so helpful to us they always make sure you are having a great time. The Playroom was great for our one year old and the staff in the playroom was amazing with kids. Only 10-15 min tricycle from D mall, you never had to wait more than 5 mins to get a Tricycle from the hotel, or they do have free shuttle service to d mall at certain times.

Beautiful property. Exceptional staff. The staff truly made our stay a one of a kind memory. The smiles on their faces were so genuine. We traveled with our 3 little kids and everyone was so kind looking after our kids and making sure we were all taken care of. This is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is amazing and there is something for everyone. The sunsets from the infinity pool are breathtaking. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. This is one property I would definitely return to. If you are on Boracay this property is a must.
